1. Promoter
The competition is organised and managed by CCCT Pty Ltd (ABN 77 601 329 579) PO Box 308, Paradise Point QLD 4216.
2. Competition Overview
Participants who register and attend the Wyreema Early Education Family Fun Day on Sunday, 20 October 2024, will have the chance to win 1 of 4 $250 Visa gift cards.
3. Eligibility
a) This competition is open to residents of Queensland, Australia, aged 18 years or older.
b) Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of CCCT Pty Ltd or its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
a) To enter, participants must register via the event registration form and attend the Wyreema Early Education Family Fun Day on 20 October 2024.
b) Only one entry is permitted per family household.
c) Each family household is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) gift card.
5. Prize Details
a) Four (4) Visa gift cards, each valued at $250, are available to be won.
b) Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services.
6. Prize Draw
a) Winners will be drawn randomly on Wednesday, 23 October 2024.
b) The draw will take place at an authorised CCCT office location.
c) The winners will be notified by phone or email within 48 hours of the draw.
7. Claiming Prizes
a) Winners must acknowledge contact from CCCT Pty Ltd and claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If a prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be drawn.
b) Prizes will be provided in person or delivered via post to the winners.
8. Liability
a) CCCT Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
b) CCCT Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of the gift card.
9. General
a) CCCT Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
b) By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
